Important Shipping Information
Please note that orders placed online generally ship 2-3 business days after your order is submitted. Shipping wine is an intricate process due to non-standardized state laws and limitations. We verify orders through our compliance software to ensure the legality of all shipments. It generally takes one business day to verify and process an order and in some cases an additional day to pick and pack your order.
We partner with FedEx and UPS to safely ship your wines, and you may select from your preferred carrier at checkout. Please note, FedEx and UPS are experiencing unprecedented and indefinite delays due to higher volumes, shorter staffing, and supply chain challenges. Once your order is in the hands of your selected carrier, we do not have control over their timelines or delays for delivery.
Due to current state regulations, we regretfully cannot ship wine to the following states:
We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address. State laws requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.
Heat and Weather Conditions
Because of our sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the summer months, we may restrict ground service in order to maintain the integrity of our wines. During the summer months, from May through September, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday during periods of 85 degree or higher temperatures to ensure same week delivery.
We may, at times, contact customers to consult on their preference to elect priority overnight shipping or to have their order held until periods of cooler temperatures to ensure the integrity of the wines.
